FIRST Field for Off-Season Events
Product Description
AndyMark will be coordinating the usage of a 2008 FIRST playing field, used in the FRC game, Overdrive.
Please see the FIRST website for Invitational Tournament Criteria for usage of this field.
We require an initial deposit $100 for the use of this field for these reasons:
1. To reserve the field for your event*
2. To pay the initial portion of your shipping costs.
Our e-commerce system will initially tag on a shipping charge for this $100 deposit. This charge will be omitted before the charge is processed. Please ignore this $7 shipping charge.
The total cost of using this field will be $500, for events within a 5 hour drive of Kokomo, Indiana. Once your deposit is paid and processed by AndyMark, the field will be reserved for your event. At the time of your event, you will be invoiced for the remaining $400. This money is applied to the transportation costs to get the field to your event and back to New Hampshire in November.
* - If we cannot schedule the use of this field for your event (if there are conflicts, etc.), the $100 charge will not be applied and we will notify you of this conflict.
This field is to be used at off-season FRC events held in the midwest. If anyone wishes to use this field for their event, they need to do these things:

Also, we have some questions:

Do you need carpet?
Do you need trackballs? (see below for a way to purchase these)

These are the same forms as listed on the FIRST website.
If an event requires the service of an FTA or head referee, AndyMark may be able to provide this skill. Lodging costs will need to be covered by the event. Mark Koors served as an FTA at five 2008 FRC events, including the FTA on the Archimedes field in Atlanta. Andy Baker served as a head referee at two FRC events and was on the referee crew in Newton in Atlanta.

September 20: Kettering Kickoff, Flint, MI
October 4: Autumn Robotics Competition (ARC), Warren, MI
October 18: Cow Town Throwdown*, Kansas City, MO
October 24: CAGE Invitational*, Indianapolis, IN
November 5-6: YES! Expo, Detroit, MI

Trackballs:
This field does not come with trackballs. We suggest that you gather balls from attending teams, or buy them from LogoLoc.
