Intent: The purpose of this gear is to be located on the shifting shaft of an AndyMark transmission (AM Shifter, Super Shifter). It is to be paired with a 35 tooth Medium Cluster Gear.

This 28 Small Output Gear and the 35 Medium Cluster gear replace the standard set of Small Output Gear (35 tooth) and Medium Cluster Gear (28 tooth) on AndyMark transmissions.

Gear ratios:

35 Medium Cluster Gear : 28 Small Output Gear -> 4:1 ratio between high and low gear on an AndyMark transmission (AM Shifter, Super Shifter)

The standard ratio for these same transmissions are 2.56:1.

This gear provides a TALLER ratio between high and low gear on these transmissions.
